Qualifications
- Graduate from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program
- Currently licensed as a PT by the state of Colorado
- Minimum 1 year of PT experience; 2–3 years of home health or other home-based PT experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license and unlimited access to a vehicle
Pay
Pay package based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
