Position Description
This position involves providing outpatient care to a diverse patient population, including referrals from orthopedic surgeons, family practice providers, and acute care teams. The role requires conducting 1-hour evaluations and 45-minute daily treatments.
Required Qualifications
- Licensure as a Physical Therapist
- Graduation from an accredited program
- At least 1 year of Physical Therapy experience
- Valid state licensing
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with EPIC electronic medical record system
