Requirements

• Current resume
• Two current leadership references and one current co‑worker reference
• Must be able to pass background and urine drug screening

Qualifications

• Current state or equivalent compact license for Physical Therapy‑PT
• Minimum of two years of recent Physical Therapy‑PT experience
• Current BLS and/or specialty certifications for Physical Therapy‑PT

Pay
