About the role

We’re seeking a Physical Therapist to join our team for a travel assignment at a skilled nursing facility in Kuttawa, Kentucky. This is a 13-week contract with an anticipated start date as soon as possible.

Schedule

• 40 hours per week
• 8-hour day shifts
• 13-week duration

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ conditions and develop individual treatment plans
• Assist patients in improving day by day
• Instruct patients on proper exercise techniques
• Provide stimulation or massage as part of therapy
• Maintain accurate patient records

Requirements

• Graduate of Physical Therapy from an accredited school
• Active Physical Therapist license in the state of practice (Kentucky)
• Current BLS certification
