About the role

Travel Physical Therapist position at a Skilled Nursing Facility in Washburn, Wisconsin. Employment type: Travel. Start date: ASAP. Contract duration: 13 weeks. Full‑time schedule of 40 hours per week, 8‑hour shifts.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ conditions and develop individual treatment plans.
• Assist patients in improving daily function.
• Instruct patients on proper exercise techniques.
• Provide stimulation or massage as needed.
• Maintain accurate patient records.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current Physical Therapist license in the state of practice.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
