Job Description
Join Jackson Therapy Partners as a traveling Home Health Physical Therapist where you’ll help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing life in a new location.
Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
- Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
- BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARCI
- Illinois physical therapist license
- Bachelor's Degree Assignment Details
- Shift hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
- Shift days: Monday - Friday
- Scheduled hours: 36 per week
- Productivity expectation: 30 points
- Mileage reimbursed between visits from first patient to last patient
- Coverage area includes White, Hamilton, Franklin, and Saline counties

Pay
The pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
