Travel Physical Therapist - $2,420 per week

Join Jackson Therapy Partners as a traveling Physical Therapist where you’ll help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing life in a new location.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in home health settings.
• Assess patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Document progress and communicate with other healthcare providers.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and insurance requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA.
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment.
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARCLA.
• Home Health experience.
• Home Care Home Base experience.

Assignment Details

• Monday through Friday schedule: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM.
• On call/weekend requirement if PT eval is needed.
