Schedule: Days, 8 hours per shift, minimum 40 hours per week
Required Qualifications
Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school
1+ years of outpatient clinical experience
CPR certification
Active/applicable license for Arizona
Successful completion of previous assignments with the agency or the organization is highly desired
