Medlivo Therapy is seeking a travel Outpatient Physical Therapist for a travel job in Salem, Oregon.
Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient physical therapy services
- 40 hours per week
- 8-hour day shifts, Monday through Friday
Requirements
- Active Oregon PT license (or Compact license)
- Current BLS (AHA) certification
- Outpatient PT experience preferred (New Grads & First-Time Travelers accepted)
Pay
- Weekly Gross: $2,400.00 (based on 40-hour schedule; negotiable)
- Contract length: 26 weeks
- Start date: ASAP
Schedule
- Shift: 8-hour days (Monday – Friday)
- Guaranteed hours: 40 hours/week
