About the role
LanceSoft is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for an assignment in Fort Myers, Florida. This is an 8-hour day shift position (8:00 AM–5:00 PM or 9:00 AM–6:00 PM) with occasional weekends.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough evaluations of patients’ physical abilities and limitations.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on evaluation findings.
- Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques and modalities to facilitate patient recovery.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, nurses, and occupational therapists, to optimize patient care.
- Educate patients and their families on rehabilitation goals, techniques, and home exercise programs.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments and treatments.
- Stay current with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Valid and unrestricted Physical Therapist license.
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Pay
Pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
