Travel Physical Therapist - $2,400 per week

About the role

Physical Therapist (PT) position in North Conway, NH, providing evaluations, treatment plans, and therapies to restore, maintain, or improve patient function following illness or injury. The role primarily supports outpatient services with float coverage to inpatient settings as needed, adhering to American Physical Therapy Association standards.

This travel assignment involves working with orthopedic, neurological, general deconditioning, balance deficits, and pain patients. All clinical care must comply with established professional standards and facility protocols.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Execute therapies to restore, maintain, or improve patient function.
• Float between outpatient and inpatient settings as required.
• Ensure compliance with professional standards and facility protocols.

Requirements

• Graduate of an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) accredited Physical Therapist program.
• Current permanent New Hampshire Physical Therapist license.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification or obtain within 30 days of start date.
• 2+ years of outpatient/inpatient Physical Therapy experience (preferred).

Preferred Qualifications

• Outpatient Physical Therapy experience.
• EPIC electronic medical record experience.
