Travel Physical Therapist - $2,400 per week

Centra Healthcare Allied is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a contract assignment in Columbus, Georgia.

About the role

A great SNF / LTC facility is looking for an experienced or newly graduated Physical Therapist to join their growing team. This role assumes responsibility and accountability for incorporating the vision, values, mission, and critical goals of the organization into job performance.

Responsibilities

• Develop a plan of care for each physical therapy patient.
• Provide skilled physical therapy services and interventions in accordance with physician orders.
• Assess patient needs, plan for, evaluate, and modify care to meet goals of physical therapy interventions.
• Collaborate with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient.

Requirements

• Must have graduated from an accredited school.
• Current state license as a Registered Physical Therapist or proactively in the process of obtaining licensure.

Schedule

• Start Date: ASAP
• Duration: 13 weeks
• 40 hours per week
• Shift: 8 hours, days
