About the role
Ardor Health Solutions is seeking a dedicated Travel Physical Therapist for an exciting Skilled Nursing Facility assignment in Carthage, North Carolina. This is a great opportunity for a PT looking for a rewarding assignment in a welcoming community.
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled physical therapy services to residents in a skilled nursing setting.
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Help patients improve mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence.
- Collaborate with nursing staff, physicians, and the interdisciplinary care team.
- Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.
Requirements
- Active North Carolina Physical Therapist license (or eligibility to obtain).
- Recent Physical Therapist experience preferred.
- Skilled Nursing Facility experience preferred.
- Current BLS certification.
- Strong communication and patient care skills.
