Medlivo Therapy is seeking a travel Outpatient Physical Therapist for a 26‑week assignment in Salem, Oregon. The position is in an outpatient therapy setting, working 40 hours per week on 8‑hour shifts Monday through Friday, with guaranteed hours and an ASAP start date.

Requirements

• Active Oregon PT license (or compact license in hand)
• Current BLS (AHA) certification
• Outpatient PT experience preferred (new graduates and first‑time travelers accepted)

Pay

Weekly gross pay: $2,400.00 (based on a 40‑hour schedule; negotiable). Pay package is based on 8‑hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax‑free stipend amount to be determined.

Shift: 8‑hour days, Monday–Friday. Guaranteed hours: 40 hours per week.
