Travel Physical Therapist - $2,390 per week

HCS 24/7 is looking for a Physical Therapist to work in Hayward, California.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients under the supervision of a licensed physician.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient assessment.
• Assess patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
• Document patient progress and treatment sessions accurately.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Requirements

• Current state license to practice physical therapy.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience.
• No new graduates.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in using medical terminology and documentation systems.

Pay

The pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.

Schedule

This will be a 13-week assignment, 36 Hrs Variable (Discussed in Interview) shift starting 08/01/2026 working 36 hours per week. This will be a Local/Travel Contract and will offer the most competitive rates in the industry.
