Travel Physical Therapist - $2,390 per week

Physical Therapist Outpatient position located in Plantersville, Texas. This role involves evaluating patients, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, and collaborating with the healthcare team to promote functional recovery.

Responsibilities

• Performs comprehensive patient evaluations
• Develops and modifies treatment plans
• Documents medical records accurately and timely
• Participates in student training programs
• Maintains professional licensure and continuing education requirements
• Follows all safety guidelines and organizational policies to ensure a safe environment for patients and staff
• Demonstrates organizational commitment to quality improvement initiatives and professional development

Requirements

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school
• CPR Certification
• Valid and active license for the state of Texas
• 0 years of experience required

Qualifications

• Successful completion of an assignment with the agency or organization previously is highly desired
• Previous experience in outpatient clinical settings is beneficial

Pay

Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
