We need to output HTML fragment with sections only if content present. Must not repeat job title as heading. Use

for section headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to extract relevant info. Job posting includes: - Specialty: Physical Therapist - Discipline: Therapy - Start Date: 10/26/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift: 8 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel - Location: Facility in Ogden, UT - Company: Fusion Medical Staffing - Required Qualifications: Valid PT license, Current BLS certification - Preferred Qualifications: Doctorate degree, PT experience, New Grads welcome, other certifications may be required - Summary: description of role - Essential Work Functions: list of duties (many bullet-like sentences) - Required Essential Skills: list (Critical thinking, service excellence, good interpersonal communication skills; ability to read/write/communicate English; ability to read/comprehend written instructions, follow verbal instructions, proficiency in PC skills; Physical Abilities; Interpersonal Skills; Technical/Motor Skills; Mental Requirements; Sensory) - Benefits Include: list (Highly competitive pay; Comprehensive medical, dental, vision insurance with first day coverage; Paid Time Off after 1560 hours; Life and Short-term disability; 401(k) matching; Aggressive Refer-a-friend Bonus Program; 24/7 recruiter support; Reimbursement for licensure and CEUs) - Why Choose Fusion? (some prose) - Other Duties Disclaimer (maybe not needed) - About Fusion Medical Staffing-Therapy (some prose) - Benefits (again) list: Benefits start day 1; Medical benefits; Dental benefits; Vision benefits; Referral bonus; Mileage reimbursement; License and certification reimbursement; Weekly pay; Cancelation protection; Guaranteed Hours; Employee assistance programs; Continuing Education We need to avoid duplication. We'll combine benefits info. Pay: The posting says "Highly competitive pay for travel professionals" and "Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined." So we have some pay info but not exact numbers. The rule: do NOT create Pay section unless posting actually states them. It does state "Highly competitive pay" and mentions pay package based on shifts, but no specific amount. Is that considered stating? It's vague but still states pay exists. The instruction: "never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them." It does state pay (competitive pay). So we can include Pay section with that statement. Schedule: It states "40 hours per week", "Shift: 8 hours, days". So we have schedule info. So include Schedule section. Benefits: definitely present. Now sections: About the role (maybe summary), Responsibilities (essential work functions), Requirements (maybe required qualifications?), Qualifications (preferred?), Skills (essential skills), Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must not repeat job title as heading. Use

for each section heading. We need to preserve all substantive information, not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include the details as given, but we can format as

or

  • . For lists, use
    • . For prose, use

. We must not include boilerplate like EEO, navigation, etc. Remove duplicated lines. We need to ensure we don't include placeholders like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We need to avoid repeating same info multiple times. We'll consolidate. Let's draft sections:

But we have duplicated items: "Highly competitive pay" also appears in Pay section maybe. We'll keep Pay separate. Pay section: we have "Highly competitive pay for travel professionals" and "Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined." We'll put that in Pay. Schedule section: "40 hours per week", "Shift: 8 hours, days", also maybe start date and duration? Those could be in About the role. Let's include start date and duration in About the role. Thus About the role: include start date, duration, location, etc. Let's craft About the role:

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist for a 13-week travel assignment in Ogden, UT. Start date: 10/26/2026. Duration: 13 weeks. Employment type: Travel. Location: Facility in Ogden, UT. As a member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of patients while enjoying competitive pay, comprehensive benefits, and the support of a dedicated clinical team.

      Now Pay section:

      Pay

Highly competitive pay for travel professionals. Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.

      Schedule section:

      Schedule

40 hours per week. Shift: 8 hours, days.

Now ensure we didn't repeat info unnecessarily. Benefits list includes "Highly competitive pay for travel professionals" which duplicates Pay. We should remove that from Benefits to avoid duplication. Keep Benefits list without that line. Similarly Benefits list includes "Medical benefits", "Dental benefits", "Vision benefits" which are already covered by "Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance with first day coverage". Might be redundant but we can keep as separate? The instruction: preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. If the posting lists them separately, we should keep them. However we have both the comprehensive line and separate lines. It's okay to keep both; not summarizing away detail. But we might consider that it's duplication but still substantive. We'll keep both. Now ensure we didn't include boilerplate like "Other Duties Disclaimer", "Why Choose Fusion?" maybe we can include as part of About the role? The "Why Choose Fusion?" is prose about company mission; could be included in About the role or maybe a separate section? There's no heading for company culture; we could incorporate into About the role as additional prose. But we must not invent sections; we can add to About the role. We have "Why Choose Fusion?" paragraph: "At Fusion Medical Staffing, our goal is to improve the lives of everyone we touch, and we're always looking for people like you to join our mission. Your passion for helping others deserves a partner just as committed to supporting you — that’s why we offer day one insurance, $0 copay for mental health services, scholarships and awards, exclusive discounts, and more. From your personal recruiter to our clinical and traveler experience teams, we’re here to guide and celebrate you along your journey. You take care of others; we take care of you." We could add that to About the role as additional prose. Also "Other Duties Disclaimer" is boilerplate; we should remove. "About Fusion Medical Staffing-Therapy" paragraph: we can incorporate into About the role as well. We must ensure we don't include navigation/legal/EEO etc. There's "*Fusion is an EOE/E-Verify Employer" and Job
