About the role

Join Jackson Therapy Partners as a traveling Physical Therapist where you’ll help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing life in a new location.

Responsibilities

  • Assess patients’ physical condition and develop treatment plans to improve mobility and function.
  • Provide hands-on therapeutic interventions such as exercises, manual therapy, and modalities to promote healing and recovery.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Document patient progress and communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare providers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA.
  • Active State License to Start the Assignment.
  • BLS Certification from AHA or ARC (May be required).

Qualifications

  • Experience in Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting preferred.
  • Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Skills

  • Proficient in using medical equipment and technology.
  • Ability to adapt to different patient populations and environments.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

Pay

The pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.

Schedule

Shift Hours: 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM
