Zack Group is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a position in Glen, New Hampshire.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in need
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Assess patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
Requirements
- Current state or equivalent compact license
- At least 2 years of recent Physical Therapy - PT experience
- Active or pending State License as an Physical Therapy - PT
- Current BLS and/or Specialty Certifications for Physical Therapy - PT
- 2 current leadership references, 1 current co-worker
Qualifications
Must be able to pass background/urine drug screening.
