About the role
LRS Healthcare is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 27-week assignment starting August 31, 2026, located in Highlands Ranch, Colorado.
Responsibilities
- Care for patients in a skilled nursing facility setting
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive patient care
Requirements
- Current licensure to practice physical therapy in the state of Colorado
- Physical Therapist license
- Experience in a skilled nursing facility setting preferred
- Pass a background check
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- ACSM Certified Personal Trainer (CPT)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Pay
The pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
