About the role
The Outpatient Physical Therapist will evaluate patients, develop and implement treatment plans, document medical records, and participate in student programs.
Responsibilities
- Completes comprehensive evaluations of assigned patients and develops appropriate treatment plans and goals.
- Documents medical records accurately and in a timely manner, complying with relevant guidelines and the clinic's policies.
- Implements care under signed physician orders and insurance approvals as necessary.
- Participates in student programs, fostering a positive learning environment with proper supervision.
- Maintains a professional development plan and actively pursues continuing education and professional involvement.
- Adheres to the discipline-specific State Practice Act and maintains professional licensure in good standing.
- Understands organizational performance improvement processes and contributes to quality service enhancements.
Requirements
- Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school.
- Two years of outpatient clinical experience.
- CPR certification.
- Active and applicable state license as required for practice.
- Previous successful assignment with the agency is highly desired.

Pay
The pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
