Travel Physical Therapist - $2,117 per week

About the role

LRS Healthcare is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 27-week assignment starting on August 17, 2026, in Lakewood, Colorado. The position will work 40 hours per week, 8 hours per shift, and is part of a 27-week duration.

Responsibilities

• Care for patients in a skilled nursing facility setting
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive patient care

Requirements

• Current licensure to practice physical therapy in the state of Colorado
• Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Experience in a skilled nursing facility setting preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Pay

The pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.

Schedule

The schedule is 8 hours per day, Monday through Friday.
