About the role
LRS Healthcare - Allied is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 14-week assignment starting on July 27, 2026, in Englewood, Colorado.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility setting.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
- Assess patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Requirements
- Current licensure to practice physical therapy in the state of Colorado.
- Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE).
- Experience in acute care settings preferred.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
Skills
- Proficient in using electronic health records (EHRs).
- Knowledge of common physical therapy modalities and techniques.

Pay
The pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
