About the role
LRS Healthcare is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting July 27, 2026, in Grants Pass, Oregon.
Responsibilities
- Care for patients in a skilled nursing facility setting
- Develop and implement treatment plans based on patient needs
- Assess patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive patient care
Requirements
- Current licensure to practice physical therapy in the state of Oregon
- Experience in a skilled nursing facility setting preferred
- Pass a background check and drug screening
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- ACLS certification
- Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid regulations

Pay
The pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
