LRS Healthcare - Allied is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting on July 27, 2026, in Eugene, Oregon.

Responsibilities

• Care for patients in a skilled nursing facility setting
• Develop and implement treatment plans based on patient needs
• Provide therapeutic exercises and interventions to improve patient function
• Document patient progress and communicate with other healthcare providers

Requirements

• Current licensure to practice physical therapy in the state of Oregon
• Experience in a skilled nursing facility setting preferred
• Pass a background check and drug screening

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Current physical therapy license in the state of Oregon
• Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)

Pay

The pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
