About the role
LRS Healthcare is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a position in Medford, Oregon.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility setting.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
- Assess patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Requirements
- Current licensure to practice physical therapy in the state of Oregon.
- Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Passing score on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE).
- Experience in a skilled nursing facility setting preferred.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
Skills
- Proficiency in manual therapy techniques.
- Knowledge of therapeutic exercise principles.
- Ability to adapt treatment plans to meet diverse patient needs.

Pay
The pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
Schedule
Shift: 8 hours, days.
