Travel Physical Therapist - $1,887 per week

About the role

The Outpatient Physical Therapist will evaluate all assigned patients and develop, implement, and modify treatment plans in accordance with patient needs, goals, and physician direction. This role includes overseeing discipline-specific therapy services and ensuring the design of functional treatment programs for effective community reintegration. As an educator, the Physical Therapist will serve patients, families, students, and coworkers, while maintaining high professional standards and upholding organizational values.

Responsibilities

• Complete comprehensive evaluations of assigned patients.
• Utilize clinical reasoning to develop appropriate treatment plans and goals.
• Document medical records accurately and timely in compliance with guidelines.
• Participate in student programs as assigned, providing supervision and evaluations.
• Create and pursue a professional development plan focused on growth and education.
• Adhere to applicable practice acts and maintain licensure in good standing.
• Engage in performance improvement initiatives and provide feedback for quality enhancements.

Requirements

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school.
• 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience.
• CPR certification.
• Maintained professional licensure in good standing.

Pay & Schedule

The Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
