Travel Physical Therapist - $1,661 per week

About the role

LRS Healthcare - Allied is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 10-week assignment starting as soon as possible in Salt Lake City, Utah.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in accordance with established protocols and standards.
• Evaluate patient conditions and develop treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
• Document patient progress and communicate with other healthcare professionals as necessary.
• Adhere to infection control procedures and maintain a safe and clean environment.

Requirements

• Current licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of Utah.
• At least one year of clinical experience in a hospital or outpatient setting.
• Passing scores on relevant national certification exams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active membership in the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA).
• Knowledge of evidence-based practice and current trends in physical therapy.

Pay

The pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation), with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
