About the role
Host Healthcare is seeking a travel Nuclear Medicine Technologist for a 13-week assignment starting September 28, 2026, in Sidney, Montana.
Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic nuclear medicine procedures under the supervision of a physician.
- Prepare patients for imaging studies, explain procedures, and ensure patient comfort.
- Accurately administer radiopharmaceuticals and monitor patients during imaging sessions.
- Record and report patient data accurately and maintain accurate patient records.
- Ensure compliance with radiation safety protocols and regulations.
Requirements
- Current license to practice as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist in the state of Montana.
- Experience in performing nuclear medicine procedures.
- Knowledge of radiation safety and protection practices.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with patients and medical staff.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology, Nuclear Medicine Technology, or related field.
- Completion of an accredited program.
- Passing scores on relevant licensing exams.
Skills
- Proficiency in using medical imaging equipment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
