About the role
Host Healthcare is seeking a travel Nuclear Medicine Technologist for a 13-week assignment starting on July 27, 2026, in Charleston, South Carolina.
Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic nuclear medicine procedures under the supervision of a physician.
- Prepare patients for imaging studies and explain procedures to them.
- Operate equipment to perform diagnostic nuclear medicine procedures.
- Record patient data accurately and maintain patient records.
- Ensure compliance with radiation safety protocols.
Requirements
- Current license to practice as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist in the state of South Carolina.
- Experience in performing nuclear medicine procedures.
- Knowledge of radiation safety and protection regulations.
- Excellent communication skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology or related field.
- Current registration as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist.
- Passing score on the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) Nuclear Medicine Technologist exam.
Skills
- Proficiency with nuclear medicine equipment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay
The pay package is based on an 8-hour shift and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation), with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
