About the Role
VyTalent Solutions is seeking a travel CT/X-Ray Tech for a hospital contract in Luray, Virginia.
Responsibilities
- Perform accurate CT and x-ray procedures according to protocol, using optimal techniques to produce quality images for patients of all ages.
- Explain procedures, gather pertinent information, review and confirm with patients; assist with contrast injections as ordered.
- Ensure patient positioning, prepare equipment, and monitor patient condition before, during, and after scanning.
- Adhere to radiation safety measures and all safety and infection control policies.
- Assist physicians with invasive procedures and report critical findings promptly.
Requirements
- BLS (AHA only)
- ARRT certification
- Virginia License
- 3 years of CT and Rad Tech experience
Pay & Schedule
- Pay Range: $2,549.56 - $2,677.04
- Schedule: 06:00 - 18:30 (Friday, Saturday & Sunday - 3x12's)
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
- Hours per week: 36 hours
