MedPro Healthcare Staffing, a Joint Commission‑certified staffing agency, is seeking a quality Pediatric Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13‑week travel assignment in Hagerstown, Maryland. Requirements
- Active RN License
- Degree from an accredited nursing program
- PALS Certification
- Eighteen months of recent experience in an Acute Care Pediatric setting
- Additional requirements may be determined by the client facility
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive, age‑appropriate care to patients aged approximately 30 days to 18 years.
- Document the patient’s symptoms and medical history and provide bedside nursing care to children on the floor.
- Draw blood, administer medication, and give childhood vaccinations.
- Assist the pediatrician during patient examinations.
