Travel Pediatric Cardiac Sonographer - $3,209 per week

American Traveler is seeking a travel Pediatric Echocardiography Technologist / Cardiac Sonographer for a 13-week assignment in Sacramento, California.

Responsibilities

• Work in both inpatient and outpatient settings in a pediatric cardiac sonography unit
• Treat both adult and pediatric patients, including complex congenital cases
• Perform 4x10 hour day shifts, with options for either 6:30 AM–5:00 PM or 8:30 AM–7:00 PM
• Occasionally work rotating weekends (Saturday and Sunday)
• Potentially work on-call shifts from 7:00 PM to 6:30 AM

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of echo/cardiac sonography experience
• RDCS (AE) certification required; ARDMS (PE) certification required
• Current BLS certification required
• Experience with both adult and pediatric patients required
• Experience with pediatric complex congenital cases required
• Valid CA license required if applicable
• Two supervisor references obtained within the past year required for consideration

Qualifications

• Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible for the travel pay rate
• Former employees or travelers must have been separated from the facility for at least 1 year before returning as a traveler
• Only 1 holiday RTO request will be approved during the contract
