• BLS (Basic Life Support): Required
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support): Required
• ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists): Required
• ARDMS, CCI, CCI RCCS: Required
• AZ Fingerprint clearance card: Required

Additional Requirements

• Candidate must work 2 of the facility's recognized holidays
• Medical Assistants must have national certification and Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card
• Travel pairs are accepted on all units except ER
• Must be comfortable floating without restrictions

Compliance Requirements

• Lab work within 72 hours of contract signing
• Compliance testing within 48 hours of assignment
• Drug screen at least 30 days prior to start date
• Two professional references required prior to start

Special Procedures/Unit Details

• ARDMS or CCI required

Other Details

• Call schedule: 1730-0700 Monday night through Friday AM
• No floating required
• Compliance documents due by the Wednesday prior to start
• Participation in modules tracked via LMS transcripts
