Travel PCU/Stepdown RN - $2,192 per week
Junxion Med Staffing is seeking a PCU/Stepdown RN for a 13-week travel assignment in Liberty, Missouri, starting August 30, 2026.
About the Role
This position is for a Progressive Care Unit (PCU) with a focus on telemetry and step-down care. The assignment requires 36 hours per week on 12-hour night shifts, with every other weekend and some holidays required.
Responsibilities
- Provide patient care in a Progressive Care Unit (PCU) or Step-Down setting.
- Administer and monitor medications such as Amiodarone, Cardizem, Heparin, Nitroglycerin, Levophed, Nicardipine, Dopamine, Milrinone, Neosynepherine, and Dobutamine.
- Float to other units based on skills and needs (first to float).
- Attend facility orientation and clinical training as scheduled.
Requirements
- Active RN license.
- BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications (TNCC required only if ICU candidate).
- Minimum experience: Telemetry (e.g., Amiodarone, Cardizem, Heparin, Nitroglycerin).
- Preferred experience: Progressive Care (Step-Down) (e.g., Levophed, Nicardipine, Dopamine, Milrinone, Neosynepherine, Dobutamine) and ICU.
- No new graduates.
- Orientation: Attend 2-day TUKHS orientation (Mon & Tues) at KC Campus, followed by Liberty Hospital orientation and clinical training (Days 3–5).

- Trauma Level: Level 3.
- EMR: Altera Sunrise (formerly Allscripts); no prior experience required.

Pay
Estimated weekly pay includes projected hourly wages and weekly meal and lodging per diems for eligible clinicians based on nationally published GSA rates. Actual weekly pay and per diems may differ and are subject to change during the assignment.
