Travel PCU RN - Telemetry - $1,927 per week

About the role

VyTalent Solutions is seeking a travel nurse RN for a PCU - Progressive Care Unit position in Columbia, South Carolina. The role is for an MS/Tele Registered Nurse in a hospital setting, with a start date of October 26, 2026, a 13‑week contract, 36 hours per week on 12‑hour shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care on a 26‑bed orthopedic spine unit specializing in spinal surgeries
• Support patients with diagnoses including Med/Surg, Tele, cardiac, low‑risk ACS, TIAs, diabetes, hypertension, COPD, dehydration, chest pain, DVT, and PE
• Manage bedside lumbar puncture, post‑cath procedures, post‑surgical care, post renal biopsy, CT Angio, and Heparin drips
• Float to other units or campuses as needed, as qualified and with documented competencies

Requirements

• BLS, ACLS, NIHSS certifications
• Orthopedic experience required
• 1 year of EPIC charting experience
• Active South Carolina or multistate RN license
