About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Registered Nurse specializing in Progressive Care Unit (PCU) and Stepdown care to join our dynamic healthcare team. In this vital role, you will provide comprehensive nursing care to patients transitioning from intensive care to general wards, ensuring their safety, comfort, and recovery. The ideal candidate will possess extensive clinical expertise, including critical care experience, proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems such as Epic and Cerner, and a strong understanding of complex patient needs across diverse medical specialties. Your leadership in patient assessment, medication administration, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams will be essential to delivering exceptional care in a fast-paced environment.
Pay
$2,221.00 for 36 hours
Weekly Gross: $2,221.00
Weekly Taxable: $828.00
Weekly Non-Taxable: $1,393
Hourly Taxable (up to 40 hours): $23.00
Overtime (after 40 hours): $64.40
