Required Experience and Certifications

• Minimum 2-years recent experience in MedSurg, Telemetry (remote), and Step-Down (PCU) level.
• Certifications Required: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS.

Preferred Experience

• Charge Nurse experience or willingness to consider this role.

Skills and Qualifications

• A positive attitude with a focus on teamwork.
• A well-rounded background due to a wide variety of patient diagnoses.
• Advanced skills and experience in fast-paced, quick-turnover units such as ED decompression and enhanced throughput.
• Ability and willingness to float to other units within skill set.

Leadership Experience

• Charge Nurse experience or willingness to take on such a role is appreciated.
