About the role
We are seeking a dedicated Progressive Care RN to join our team. The ideal candidate will excel in a dynamic environment focused on patient care. Our unit serves a diverse patient demographic, and your contributions will be essential to the quality of care we provide.
Responsibilities
- Conduct neuro and spinal checks, including C-Collar and TLSO brace placements.
- Manage PCA pump, IV infusions, and blood transfusions.
- Provide care for patients on lumber drains and feeding tubes.
- Collaborate within a team-focused environment to enhance patient outcomes.
Requirements
- Current RN license.
- ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications are mandatory.
- Neuro and Trauma care experience is preferred.
