About the Role
AMN Healthcare Nursing is seeking a travel nurse RN PCU - Progressive Care Unit for a travel nursing job in Bowling Green, Kentucky.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a progressive care or step-down unit
- Perform cardiac monitoring and interpret telemetry
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
- Deliver patient-centered care in a 211-bed acute care hospital setting
Required Qualifications
- Registered Nurse with current RN licensure (Compact accepted)
- 2 years of PCU experience
- ACLS certification
- Recent experience in progressive care or step-down units
- Work history with no more than 90 days of gap in the last year
- SSN and DOB required
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency with Meditech electronic medical records (EMR)
- Experience in high-acuity settings
Schedule
- 36 hours per week
- 12-hour day shifts
- 13-week duration
- Start date: ASAP
Pay
- Pay rate: $1,654.00 – $1,738.00 per week
