About the role

Aya Healthcare is seeking a Travel PCU Registered Nurse in Roanoke, VA.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in a telemetry unit, PCU, DOU, IMC, or Stepdown unit.
• Interpret and manage dysrhythmias.
• Manage and perform rapid response/code team activities.
• Administer blood products and central/peripheral line care.
• Implement isolation precautions and PPE.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of nursing experience.
• Current certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS.

Qualifications

• Experience with telemetry, PCU/DOU/IMC/Stepdown units.
• Knowledge of interpretation and management of dysrhythmias.
• Experience with rapid response/code team activities.
• Ability to administer blood products and perform line care.
• Experience with isolation precautions and PPE.
