$2,127.64 to $2,322.04 weekly. Pay includes taxable wages and tax-free expense reimbursements.

Schedule

• 13-week assignment
• Night shift: 3x 12-hour shifts (18:30 – 07:00)

• CVA (Cerebrovascular Accident)
• Feeding tube care and management
• Heparin Protocols
• High Flow Nasal Cannula (HFNC)
• Interpretation of Arterial Blood Gases (ABGs)
• Interpretation of dysrhythmias
• Isolation Precautions/PPE
• Manage Cardiac drips (no titration)
• Manage Vasoactive drips (no titration)
• Management of dysrhythmias
• MS/Tele, Cardiac Telemetry
• Chest tubes (Emerson/PleurEvac)
• Pre/Post Hemodialysis Management
• Sheath Removal, TR Band
• Nasal Cannula
• Non-invasive airway management
• Oxygen administration and tanks
• PCA (Patient-Controlled Analgesia)
• PCU/DOU/IMC/Stepdown
• Peripheral Line Care/Management
• PICC line management
• Post MI, Pre/Post Cardiac Cath
• Procedural Sedation Administration/Monitoring
• Renal failure
• Starting and maintaining IVs
• Surgical drains
• Telemetry (unit monitoring)
• Tracheostomy care/management
• Traumatic Brain injury
• Use of Rapid Response/Code teams
• Wound Care/Wound Vac

Requirements

• 1 year of experience
• Certifications: NIHSS, ACLS, BLS
• Licensure: Active TN license or Compact License
• Charting System: Epic
• Previous Charge Nurse experience preferred

• Facility Type: Acute Care Hospital (Level 3 Trauma, 244 beds)

• Patient Ratios: 5:1 (nights and weekends)
