About the role
Pathology Assistant in the specialty of Pathology supporting surgical tissue specimen examinations, organ dissection, autopsy assistance, and tissue sample preparation under the supervision of a licensed pathologist.
- Perform gross examinations of surgical tissue specimens
- Dissect organs
- Assist with autopsies
- Prepare tissue samples for microscopic analysis
- Float rotation may be required
Requirements
- American Society for Clinical Pathology (ASCP) certification
- Required education (specific degree not stated)
- 2 years of pathology assistant experience
- Willingness to work at a new location
Schedule
Day shifts, 8 hours per shift, minimum 40 hours per week. Float rotation may be required.

Pay
Pay package based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation), with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
