About the role
A skilled PACU RN is needed for a travel assignment to provide specialized post-anesthesia care to patients recovering from surgery.
Responsibilities
- Assess patient conditions and monitor vital signs
- Administer treatments and respond to emergencies
- Document recovery progress
- Collaborate with surgical teams
- Deliver patient and family education on discharge and recovery
Requirements
- At least one year of recent PACU experience
- Valid RN license
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
- PALS or ENPC preferred
