Travel PACU RN
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality post‑anesthesia care to surgical patients, ensuring safe recovery from sedation and anesthesia.
- Conduct continuous assessment of vital signs, airway, pain, and neurological status.
- Administer IV medications and fluids, responding swiftly to patient condition changes.
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and perioperative team members.
- Accurately document care in the EHR and adhere to safety and infection‑control protocols.
Qualifications & Skills
- Strong clinical assessment skills.
- Knowledge of post‑anesthesia care.
- Ability to respond promptly to emergencies.
- Excellent teamwork and communication abilities.
- Preferred experience in PACU settings.
- Familiarity with EHR documentation.
