Travel PACU RN

Role: Travel PACU RN responsible for providing exemplary post-anesthesia care in a patient-centered setting. Responsibilities: Monitor patients recovering from surgery, manage pain, ensure airway and hemodynamic stability, and respond promptly to changes in patient condition. Collaborate with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive care. Accurately document all care activities in the Electronic Health Record (EHR). Qualifications & Skills: Strong clinical skills in post-anesthesia care, excellent communication abilities, ability to work collaboratively in a team, and proficiency in electronic documentation. Knowledge of pain management, airway support, and hemodynamic monitoring is essential. Key Duties: Deliver safe, efficient, and compassionate post-operative care, support patient recovery, and contribute to a culture of respect, diversity, and continuous improvement. Engage in ongoing training, leadership development, and stay updated on innovative treatments and research within the healthcare system.
