Travel PACU RN - $1,885 per week

About the role

MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a PACU Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week travel assignment in Midland, Michigan. This position involves 36 hours per week with 12-hour shifts in a Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist in recovering patients from anesthesia and monitor them while they wake up from surgery until discharge or transfer.
• Provide care for post-operative patients recovering from general, regional, and local anesthesia, treating both inpatients and outpatients according to their needs.
• Administer diligent care through monitoring, assessment, intervention, and continuous reassessment.

Requirements

• Active RN License.
• Degree from an accredited nursing program.
• BLS and ACLS Certifications.
• Eighteen months of recent experience in an Acute Care PACU setting.
• Additional requirements may be determined by the client facility.
