Travel Outpatient Physical Therapist – Pelvic Health - $2,906 per week

About the role

LanceSoft is seeking a travel Rehabilitation Therapist for a job in Salida, Colorado. The start date is August 3, 2026, and the duration is 13 weeks with 40 hours per week, working 8-hour shifts during the day.

Responsibilities

• Provide rehabilitation services to patients in an outpatient clinic setting.
• Assess patient needs and develop treatment plans based on their condition.
• Document patient progress and communicate with healthcare providers as needed.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

Requirements

• Pelvic Health Certification Required.
• Current, active Physical Therapist licensure for Colorado or a permit from the licensing board while awaiting licensure examination.
• Current CPR Certification.

Education and/or Experience

• Minimum 4 years experience in Pelvic Health required.
• Graduated from an AMA-APTA approved school of physical therapy.
• Member or eligible for membership in the American Physical Therapy Association or American Registry of Physical Therapy.
• Active license for the state of Colorado.

Qualifications

• Completed training in accordance with minimum essential for physical therapy schools as prescribed by Council on Medical Education and Hospitals of American Medical Association.

• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
