About the role

Be a part of our Patient Care Team working in an Outpatient Clinic setting. Looking for a PT with Pelvic Health certification.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients to understand their impairments, functional limitations, and disabilities.
  • Create and modify therapeutic plans to alleviate impairments and functional limitations, helping patients regain their ability to perform daily activities.
  • Focus on preventing injuries and disabilities by promoting overall health, fitness, and wellness across all age groups.
  • Engage in sharing knowledge with colleagues and the community, as well as contributing to the latest research in physical therapy practices.
  • Keep accurate and up-to-date patient records, including physician orders, diagnosis, treatment plans, progress reports, attendance, and discharge summaries.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years experience in Pelvic Health required.
  • Graduated from an AMA-APTA approved school of physical therapy.
  • Member or eligible for membership in the American Physical Therapy Association or American Registry of Physical Therapy.
  • Active license for the state of Colorado.
  • Pelvic Health Certification Required.
  • Current, active Physical Therapist licensure for Colorado or a permit from the licensing board while awaiting licensure examination.
  • Current CPR Certification.

Qualifications

Pay

Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.

Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM, 8-hour days
