Job Details

• 5x8 shift schedule, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• See an average of 10 patients per day Monday through Thursday and 5 patients on Friday
• Sessions are scheduled every 45 minutes, including evaluations
• 1:1 patient ratio with 45 minutes per session
• No weekend requirements
• No on-call requirements
• Holiday coverage may occasionally be required
• May be required to float within scope to meet facility needs or between sister facilities
• Facility may call off 1 shift per 2 weeks
• Minimum 1 year of experience required; outpatient setting experience required
• First-time travelers accepted with outpatient experience
• South Carolina or Multi-State Compact Physical Therapist License required at start of contract
• Required certifications: BLS
• Charting system: Epic
• Scrub color: Charcoal gray
• Free parking available

This is a hospital-based outpatient rehabilitation unit located off the main hospital campus. The facility provides a structured and patient-centered environment focused on individualized physical therapy care. With a 1:1 patient ratio and 45-minute scheduled sessions, the facility prioritizes quality treatment time and avoids routine double booking to ensure the best outcomes for patients.
